National Law Enforcement Museum Opens!
The National Law Enforcement Musem officially opened to the public on Saturday, October 13! Thousands of people visited the new Museum and hundreds more participated in the Community Day celebration held right outside.
If you haven't done so, we hope you'll visit the Museum soon. Tickets are on sale!

Submitting an officer's name for the Memorial
Names are inscribed on the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial once a year, in the spring immediately prior to National Police Week. An Officer Data Form must be submitted by the December 31 deadline to be considered for inclusion on the Memorial the following year. More information.

The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund has named Captain Tracie Meidl, of the Spokane (WA) Police Department, as the recipient of its Officer of the Month Award for October 2018. Learn about her career in law enforcement and comittment to her community.
