The Run for the Badge is a fully-supported, timed 5K run on a closed course taking place Saturday, October 13. The Run begins at 9:00 am just north of the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.
Note, although the Metro's Judiciary Square (Red Line) station is conveniently located at the Memorial, the trains don't start operating until 7:00AM on Saturdays.
This will be an incredible day for us to honor the sacrifice and celebrate the service of America’s law enforcement officers. While you aren't required to fundraise for this event, we highly encourage you to do so.
Packet Pickup details will be announced as soon as possible.
Metered street parking will be available in the area surrounding the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. Be sure to check the parking enforcement signage. Additionally, there are parking garages in the area. Participants are encouraged to check open time if you plan to use garage parking.
