Name a theatre seat in the National Law Enforcement Museum in Bob's honor.
On Friday, December 2, 2011 the Memorial Fund lost a longtime supporter and founding Board member, Robert (Bob) Daniel Gordon. Bob Gordon was 84 years old and left behind his wife, eight children and 11 grandchildren.
Bob was dedicated to serving the community.
Bob served as a law enforcement officer for over 60 years and retired in 1972 after being elected as the Executive Director of the International Conference of Police Associations. In 2011, the Memorial Fund honored his accomplishments with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
Contribute to this Fund to honor Bob.
I, along with fellow Board member Ed Hutchison from the National Sheriffs' Association, have created this Personal Fundraising page to honor Bob's service and commitment to law enforcement and to this organization. Our goal is to raise $10,000 and name a theatre seat in the National Law Enforcement Museum in Bob's honor, to ensure his years of hard work as a champion for the Memorial and Museum are never forgotten.
Please, join Ed and me in honoring our good friend Bob by making a donation today. Any amount helps and I know that if Bob were with us today, he’d be touched to know a piece of his legacy will be a permanent part of the Museum he so strongly believed in.
